Fitness and mobility at the ballet barre
Inspired by classical ballet, with elements of yoga, Pilates and fascia training, this barre workout on the ballet barre is about toning and stretching the entire body and building muscles. Small, fine movements that also build up the deep muscles lead to a harmonious body and a straight posture like that of a ballerina.
